Is it "Entercourse" or "Intercourse"....??

AS the weather continues to be true to the Season.... Our days are longer and warmer. With that comes the itch to get outside and enjoy the beautiful days of Spring and Summer.

One of my favorites, get in the car and visit local areas of interest and short day trips. I love traveling via the car, stopping when you want and taking it all in.
The sites, shops and of course food..!!

Today's Place of Interest is:

Intercourse, PA

History of Intercourse

Check out the links and read the history of this historical town and all it has to offer, Located somewhere here in Pennsylvania....

  1. We visited Intercourse and Blueball and all the other wonderfully named cities near there when we came to PA in 2004 to see my husband's relatives. It is a neat little town and beautiful scenery. I took a photo of the cutest Amish couple in their buggy there. Connie

  3. Hi Kathleen,

What brings me to the US....craft and friends. I have a delphiforum (www.delphiforums/extreme5.com...if that doesn't work try www.delphiforums.com and search for primitive to the extreme. I have a day to day posting of our time there in January) and met girls on another one. Grace is the General Manager of The Amish View Inn and Suites in Bird in Hand. We love it so much. I have been there 4 times and saw all of the seasons from May 08 - Jan 09.

The parcel didn't have insurance....in future I will pay for it when I am sending from the US. The parcels from the UK never go missing! (so far)

  6. I visited Intercourse as well, when I lived in Carlisle and went to college in Harrisburg, and then in Shippensburg.

I have enjoyed visiting and look forward to returning. It is a gorgeous area, and the shopping is wonderful too!!

    Have a Blessed Week,
    Tina

  7. If I lived there, I'd have to be petitioning for a name change, no matter what the historical significance may be!
