So Much Pumpkin....

Pecan Pumpkin Cheese Cake...

I am having dinner guests tonight and decided to
make use of some Pumpkin I had frozen.

I made a double layer cheese cake with a
Pumpkin and Pecan topping drizzled with
some of my own homemade chocolate sauce.

I can not wait to dive into this baby...
If my dinner wasn't all my favorite things, too..
I think....I would skip the meal and eat only dessert!
